Soo I know it's spring and all, but to be honest it's still FREEZING in Wellington so a good coat would actually come in handy right now! I'm absolutely in love with all of these bright and beautiful babies. I have to resist buying one though unfortunately because if I did, I would want to wear it all summer and probably die of heat stroke after refusing to take it off. I never thought I'd say this but, hurry up winter!

Carven Spring 2012

Three of my faves from Carven Spring 2012. I'm loving the clashing patterns, bright colours and the shoes! Why is it that whenever I see a collection I always look at the shoes? ha ha. I have issues man.

I pretty much want the entire second look in my wardrobe! It's times like this that I wish I had lots and lots of money. Ahhhh!

What to wear this weekend: A touch of orange

It's a beautiful sunny weekend here in Wellington which has inspired me to branch out and start adding a splash of colour into my fairly dull winter wardrobe. This weekend welcome the sun by adding bold orange accessories to your outfit. Orange is set to be summers 'it' colour, so start experimenting now to get ahead of the fashion pack. Yay for the weekend!

Monday's must have (part two): Tony Bianco shoes

So I just realised that the Moochi sale actually finished yesterday, meaning that i may no longer be able to get my grubby little mitts on the Tuxedo dress. *Cries* This is what happens when you don't make impulse purchases! Not cool.

So anyway, here's something to fill the void that is now in the hearts of us all. Tony Bianco has just released these AMAZING shoes for summer. Two tone, wedge heel, bright. How can you go wrong? Lovveeeeeee. I'm not quite sure which ones I want most. Hmmm, decisions, decisions!

P.s So sad about the Tuxedo dress by the way. Ahhhh.

S/S 2011: Tangerine Dream

Hello tangerine! Welcome back. Oh how I have missed you! Yes, you heard right - tangy tangerine is making a comeback this spring in a BIG way. Tangerine has been spotted on the runway of almost every major designer and has been used for everything from jump-suits, to blazers to bags.

I absolutely love the idea of head to toe tangerine (not sure if I will be brave enough to pull it off though!) in the form of a jumpsuit or a matching blazer and shorts. For those who are a little colour shy, try tangerine accessories, lips or nails to add instant youth and vitality to any outfit.

After so many seasons dominated by neutrals, a touch of tangerine is just what the doctor called for. Yay!
